JEFFREY J. BELTZ

Attorney Jeffrey Beltz graduated from Texas Tech University in 2000 magna cum laude.  He then attended Oklahoma City University School of Law and graduated in 2002 cum laude.  Mr. Beltz was admitted to practice in the State of Texas in 2003 and was later admitted to federal practice in the Northern, Southern, Western and Eastern Districts of Texas in 2003 and 2004.  After working in commercial litigation, Mr. Beltz established the Beltz Law Group in 2004.  The firm as now considered a premier boutique law group focused in the areas of personal injury, criminal defense and traffic related matters.  For the last two decades, Mr. Beltz has been the managing partner of the Beltz Law Group helping direct a staff dedicated to criminal defense and personal injury matters.  Mr. Beltz also serves as the associate judge in Fate Municipal Court and Anna Municipal Court.  He is a gardening enthusiast and loves reading on the topics of philosophy and religion.  In his own words, “the most satisfying part of being a lawyer is serving others.  It truly is a privilege to assist those in need in their darkest moments.  To be able to help another in their time of need has been a call that I hope to always be able to answer.”  This philosophy continues to be a driving force for Mr. Beltz and the Beltz Law Group.

RAJISH K. JOSE

Attorney Rajish K. Jose has been a pivotal member of the Beltz Law Group since joining in 2006. With a primary focus on delivering exceptional courtroom service, he dedicates most of his time to advocating for clients across diverse areas of the firm’s practice. Mr. Jose brings extensive experience, having successfully conducted jury trials in both civil and criminal courts throughout North Texas, encompassing cases such as DWI, assault, possession, and various vehicle accidents. Beyond his trial work, he also serves as an Associate Judge in both Rowlett and Lewisville Municipal Courts. Outside of his legal pursuits, Mr. Jose is a passionate car enthusiast and a devoted father.

RICHARD GREENE

At Beltz Law Group, Richard’s primary area of practice is Criminal Defense. In addition to his casework, he serves a vital leadership role within the firm, managing the legal staff dedicated to handling all Class C misdemeanor matters. His oversight ensures that every client, regardless of the severity of the charge, receives meticulous attention and a robust defense strategy.

Richard is known for his disciplined approach to litigation and his ability to coordinate complex administrative processes. By blending his high-level academic background with a hands-on management style, he provides Beltz Law Group clients with an advocate who is both intellectually rigorous and highly organized.

Richard’s legal career is built on a foundation of academic distinction and a deep-rooted connection to the Texas community as a graduate of University of Texas.

AMAIRANY “AMY” RANGEL

For over eight years, Amy Rangel has been a pivotal force at the Beltz Law Group. As a leader within the firm, she expertly prepares cases for attorneys, manages criminal defense and personal injury matters, and actively supports her colleagues, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Amy understands that clients often come to the firm during incredibly challenging times. She considers it a true privilege to earn their trust and provide steadfast guidance, always treating each person with the utmost respect and empathy. Driven by the intricate nature of the legal field, Amy is dedicated to continuous learning and growth. She is currently attending Texas Tech University, where she is working toward a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, further enhancing her ability to connect with and understand clients. Outside of her work at the firm, Amy enjoys unwinding by playing video games, exploring new culinary creations, and cherishing quality moments spent with her friends and family.

CRISTAL OLVERA

Cristal is a vital force within the Beltz Law Group’s class c misdemeanor defense unit, dedicated to securing the best possible outcomes for clients facing charges ranging from simple assaults to speeding tickets. She is the current manager of the traffic division.  Her expertise lies in meticulously preparing every case, empowering our attorneys with comprehensive files for each hearing. Cristal’s strong communication skills bridge the gap between clients, court staff, prosecutors, and defense attorneys across North Texas. She consistently drives operational excellence by improving workflows, motions, forms, and hearing procedures, directly enhancing our firm’s defense capabilities. Clients consistently commend Cristal for her genuine care, unwavering patience, and ability to demystify the legal process, ensuring they fully understand the strategies employed for their defense.  Outside of work, Cristal has enhanced her knowledge in the healthcare field by earning an Associates of Science from Dallas College and Bachelor of Biology University of Texas in Arlington.  She is currently enrolled in virtual classes at Harvard Medical School.

LAURA MITCHELL

At Beltz Law Group, Laura is a powerhouse, driven by a tenacious commitment to excellence. She is exceptionally gifted in client communication, possessing a rare ability to empathize deeply and articulate our services with unmatched clarity. Laura shines in high-pressure situations, effortlessly multitasking and performing under tight deadlines. Her current focus is on Class C misdemeanors and traffic offenses. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Laura regularly connects with clients from all over North Texas during in-person consultations. You’ll often find her at the front of our office, ready to offer a warm greeting and demonstrate firsthand her remarkable dedication to every client.

ANGELICA VASQUEZ

Angelica currently attends the University of Texas at Dallas.  She has a passion for study of law with a keen interest in the area of criminal defense.  Her ability to assess issues related to the defense of clients in the area of criminal defense is truly one of her greatest gifts.  A fast learner with an open heart towards helping others, she is always at the forefront assisting both clients and staff to obtain the best possible outcome in each individual case.  As a member of the legal team, she is responsible for a variety of tasks related to class c misdemeanors.  She is excellent at maintaining the intake of each client and also assists in communicating outcomes and hearing information to both the attorneys and the clients of the Beltz Law Group.  Angelica has an interest in one day becoming an attorney herself and there is no doubt that she will make an excellent advocate.

ANAHI “ANA” DEVIS

At Beltz Law Group, Ana is key to ensuring our clients feel understood and empowered. She is particularly skilled at communicating with commercial “CDL” drivers cited in North Texas. Being bilingual, Ana excels at clearly outlining court procedures and expected results. Her commitment to each client is clear as she diligently ensures they grasp what’s at stake and how the firm can secure the best outcome for their unique case. With more than ten years of experience in criminal and traffic defense, you can rely on her to provide accurate answers and valuable guidance during initial consultations.  Ana is a proud mother of a wonderful teenage daughter.  She also enjoys cooking for others, taking road trips and traveling with her family and friends.  She cares deeply for her family and that caring nature pours into her work with clients every day at the Beltz Law Group.

KAREN LUVIANO

Karen Luviano is a recent and valuable addition to the Beltz Law Group team, serving as a legal assistant in the criminal defense section. A proud graduate of the University of Texas in Arlington, Karen is driven by a passion for helping others, which is evident in her daily work.  With her sights set on attending law school in the near future, Karen brings a focused and empathetic approach to her role, providing essential support to both the legal team and our clients. She is dedicated to making a positive impact, and her commitment to helping those in need makes her a tremendous asset to the firm.

ALMA GOMEZ

As a valued new addition to the Beltz Law Group, Alma Gomez is the firm’s Lead Data Entry Specialist. Alma is currently pursuing her criminology degree at the University of Texas in Arlington.  With her exceptional communication skills, Alma excels at client relations and plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for everyone the firm serves. She is a dedicated and highly skilled professional who is a tremendous asset to the team.

Dulce Cardenas serves as a Legal Assistant at Beltz Law Group, where she plays a vital role in ensuring every client receives the personalized attention they deserve. With a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, Dulce manages case coordination and client communications with both professionalism and empathy.
