JEFFREY J. BELTZ

Jeffrey Beltz is the founder and managing partner of the Beltz Law Group. Since establishing the firm in 2004, he has led a dedicated team specializing in personal injury, criminal defense, and traffic-related matters, earning a reputation as a premier boutique practice in Texas.

In addition to his private practice, Mr. Beltz serves the public as an Associate Judge for both the Fate and Anna Municipal Courts.

RAJISH K. JOSE

Since joining the Beltz Law Group in 2006, Rajish K. Jose has established himself as a premier advocate for clients across North Texas. He dedicates the majority of his practice to the courtroom, where he has built a strong track record of successfully conducting jury trials in both civil and criminal courts.

Key Capabilities

• Extensive Trial Experience: Proven success handling complex cases, including DWIs, assault, drug possession, and severe vehicle accidents.

• Judicial Leadership: Serves the North Texas community as an Associate Judge in the Rowlett Municipal Court and Lewisville Municipal Court.

CHRISTOPHER TAYLOR

Christopher Taylor is a key leader at Beltz Law Group, where his primary area of practice is Criminal Defense. In addition to his active casework, he manages the firm’s legal staff dedicated to handling all Class C misdemeanor matters. Through this leadership role, Christopher ensures that every client—regardless of the severity of their charge—receives a meticulous, robust defense strategy.

Known for his disciplined approach to litigation and his ability to coordinate complex administrative processes, Christopher blends an intellectually rigorous academic background with a hands-on management style to provide highly organized advocacy for his clients.

CRISTAL OLVERA

Cristal is the manager of the Traffic Division at Beltz Law Group and a vital force within the firm’s Class C Misdemeanor Defense Unit. Specializing in cases ranging from speeding tickets to simple assaults, she ensures our attorneys are empowered with meticulously prepared files for every hearing.

Known for her strong communication skills, Cristal seamlessly bridges the gap between clients, court staff, prosecutors, and defense attorneys across North Texas. She consistently drives operational excellence by optimizing workflows, motions, forms, and hearing procedures to enhance the firm’s defense capabilities.

Education & Academic Pursuit Outside of her legal work, Cristal has a strong foundation in the sciences. She earned an Associate of Science from Dallas College and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Texas at Arlington. True to her commitment to continuous learning, she is currently pursuing virtual coursework through Harvard Medical School.

LAURA MITCHELL

ANAHI “ANA” DEVIS

Ana is a vital asset to the Beltz Law Group team, bringing more than a decade of experience in criminal and traffic defense. She is key to ensuring clients feel understood, informed, and empowered from their very first interaction with the firm.

Ana is particularly skilled at navigating the unique complexities faced by commercial “CDL” drivers cited in North Texas. Fully bilingual, she excels at breaking down intricate court procedures and outlining realistic, expected results during initial consultations.
