We are writing to inform the public of an important change regarding Beltz Law Group’s representation in Fate Municipal Court. Effective immediately, Beltz Law Group will no longer be taking new cases in the Municipal Court of Fate, Texas.
This change comes as a result of a significant and honorable development for our firm: Jeffrey J. Beltz, the founding partner of Beltz Law Group, has been appointed as an Associate Judge for the Municipal Court of Fate, Texas.
Judge Beltz is deeply committed to upholding the principles of justice and fairness in his new role. To avoid any potential conflicts of interest and to ensure the integrity of the judicial process, it is necessary for Beltz Law Group to cease direct representation in Fate Municipal Court.
