Their physical address is 6865 Main St., Frisco, TX 75034. They can be reached at (972) 292-5555 at alternating hours. Monday and Tuesday is 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, Wednesday is 7:30 am – 4:30 pm, Thursday 10 am – 6 pm, and lastly Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.
When we deal with this court we generally get court dates that are set approximately 1 – 1.5 months away. Offers in this court tend to be reasonable and fall in line with the offense committed. Attorney or not, you will find higher fines for any citations revolving around insurance and offenses regarding driving with a license with a status of other than eligible. If for any reason the outcome is not favorable we are able to appeal the cases to county from this court as it is not a court of record. Sometimes this can be an alternative plan for commercial driver’s license holders as can be read on our website.
